How to Use

Calculate Your Due Date

  1. Choose your calculation method (LMP, Conception Date, or Known Due Date)
  2. Enter the appropriate date
  3. Click "Calculate" to see your due date and pregnancy progress

Calculation Methods

  • Last Menstrual Period (LMP): Most common method. Due date is 280 days (40 weeks) from the first day of your last period.
  • Conception Date: If you know when conception occurred, due date is 266 days (38 weeks) from that date.
  • Known Due Date: If you already have a due date from your doctor, use this to track your progress.

Understanding Trimesters

  • 1st Trimester: Weeks 1-13. Early development, morning sickness common.
  • 2nd Trimester: Weeks 14-27. Energy returns, baby movement felt.
  • 3rd Trimester: Weeks 28-40. Final growth, preparation for birth.

Important Notes

  • This calculator provides estimates. Only 5% of babies are born on their exact due date.
  • Full term is considered 37-42 weeks.
  • Always consult with your healthcare provider for accurate medical advice.
  • Due dates can be adjusted based on ultrasound measurements.
